Terms & Conditions – Dubai Referral Program

1. Organiser

• This Referral Program Terms & Conditions document outlines the rules and guidelines of the Next-AT FZCO Referral Program, organized by:

2. Eligibility services

• • The Program is related to the purchase of the examination sessions organise in the Dubai Office for single modules (excluded packages).
  • To refer a friend, you must be an active paying client of Next-AT FZCO.
  • The referred friend must:
    • Not be an existing or former client of Next-AT FZCO.
    • Install and sign up via the official Next-AT Aviation App, available in Google Play Store and Apple Store.

2. Program Period

   • The Program is valid from July 01st 2025 until September 30th 2025.

3. Referral Process

• • Referrers must share their QR Identification Code, accessible in the private area of the app.
  • Referred friends must scan this code using the app’s “Easy Access” function.
  • Both the referrer and the friend will receive an email confirmation once the referral code is successfully activated.

3. Earning Referral Credits

• • Referral credits will be granted only after the referred friend books and pays for their first exam session.
  • Once payment is confirmed, referral credits will be added to both accounts and confirmed via email.
  • Credits are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and can only be used within Next-AT examination session service.

4. Tracking Referral Credits

• • Existing clients can check their referral credit balance via a dedicated website, accessible through a link provided in all referral program email communications.

5. Limits and Restrictions

• • A maximum of 2,500 AED  in referral credits can be accumulated per client.
  • Each client may refer a limited number of friends (exact number may vary and is subject to change by Next-AT FZCO).
  • For each exam session, there is a limit of 250 AED that you can redeem.
  • Referral credits do not stack beyond the 2,500 AED cap, even if additional referrals are completed.
  • Credits earned but not used during the program validity period may be redeemed until December 31, 2025.

6. Misuse and Disqualification

• • Fraudulent activity, including self-referrals, use of fake accounts, or manipulating the referral system, will result in disqualification from the program.
  • Next-AT FZCO reserves the right to suspend or cancel referral credits if abuse or policy violations are detected.

7. Program Changes

• • Next-AT FZCO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
